Commercial-Grade Engineered Ash at Innovation Place

An open-plan collaborative technology hub required an aesthetic upgrade to its common pathways and break lounges. The space needed to withstand heavy office chair rolling, corporate gatherings, and harsh winter salt tracked indoors.

• The Challenge: Extreme daily commercial traffic will quickly grind standard finishes away, while salt tracking strips vital surface protective coats.

• The Solution: We deployed thick-layer Engineered White Ash treated with nine layers of UV-cured aluminum oxide coating. This creates an impenetrable shield against abrasive debris while keeping the light, grain-forward Scandinavian look intact.
