This modern estate home in The Willows required premium visual depth but demanded zero maintenance constraints due to kids, pets, and an outdoor hot tub entry pathway flowing straight into the main den.

The Challenge: Traditional hardwood will distort and spot if subjected to repeated pool or hot tub moisture track-in.

The Solution: We recommended a heavy-duty, 30-mil wear-layer Rigid Core LVP that completely replicates aged oak timber. Fitted with tight water-locking tongue grooves and an antimicrobial underlayment, it offers premium visual depth with worry-free water defense.
