The Challenge: Pale finishes can turn an unattractive amber-yellow color over time if exposed to direct sunlight through large, unshaded floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Solution: We sourced a specialized White Oak featuring integrated anti-yellowing UV blockers within the matte top-coat sealer. Underneath, a full glue-down application eliminates creaks, delivering a quiet, visually seamless space.
